  • Milk                                    2 tbsp
  • Baking powder                 1 tsp
  • Margarine                          40g
  • Nutmeg                               1/2 tsp
  • Salt                                       1 tsp
  • Egg                                       1
  • Water                                  bit by bit
  • Flavour                                1/2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying                      just enough
  • Sugar                                    5 tbsp

PROCEDURE

  1. In a large bowl pour in your sieved flour,
  2. Put baking powder, sugar and all other dry ingredients, mix them well,
  3. Add margarine and mix properly with your hands until it appears like (fine bread) crumbs.
  4. Pour eggs, milk (if liquid) mix thoroughly until you get smooth and hard dough.
