Hello@Frank in this context, courier is a situation whereby you collect parcels, consignments, loads etc from people and provide logistics for them that is move them to their designation
Whereas logostics in this context is you collecting parcel from individuals, courier companies, agencies, stores etc and deliver them to their address
In another way, courier is the person or persons charged with the responsibility of moving parcel from the pick up point to the final door step, while logistics encompasses the entire process of pick up and drop off.

Do a feasibility study, make a short video that explicitly explain how it works, remove ur mind from profit in d first 2 months, as part of ur planning, set aside cash for 1 or 2 months salary, start with 2 bikes but hire only 1 rider and 1 office staff for a start, have a pools of already interviewed riders, let d engagement of d 2nd rider be determined by demand, create and build a social media presence prior to start up. Prepare to fuel d bikes for d first 1 week, get a CUG Sim card to reduce cost of communication etc
