The company has established strategic coperation with major global social software and game operators such as; YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Globoplay, Mesenger and steam. How IAS works

Job responsilty is to help Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp and other merchants downloap Appn applications. The platform will charge a certain fee to the enterprise company. At the same time, 70% of these expenses are alloctated to the fixed employees who complete the task platform, which is called salary. You have administrative rights to manage a team of level 3 members which are;
A level subordinates
B level subordinates and
C level subordinates
You can earn recruiting bonuses at A-B-C levels and A-B-C level task management fees.
For example; the regular employess you recruit are; A level subordinates The formal employees recruited by A level subordinates are B level subordinates. While the formal employees recruited by B level subordinates are C level subordinates.

For example if you are J3, and you recruit J1 subordinates, you can get an A level recruitment bonus of #1920. When you recruit J2 subordinates you can get an A level recruitment bonus of #5,400. If you recruit J3 subordinates you can get an A level recruitment bonus of #12,960
Also, if you are J3, when your A level subordinate recruits J1 subordinates, you can get a B level recruitment bonus of #640. When your A level subordinates recruit J2 subordinates you can get a B level recruitment bonus of #1800. If your A level subordinates, you can get a B level recruitment bonus of #4320
Every day, you can get 2% of subordinate Bs daily download commission as task management fee. He is JOB1, you can get 500*2%=10NGN every day. For JOB2, you will get 1500*2%=30NGN every day. And at JOB3 you will get 3800*2%=76NGN every day.
Fo example, if you are J3,
When your B-level subordinates recruit J1 subordinates, you can get a C-level recruitment bonus of 320NGN
When your B-level subordinates recruit J2 subordinates, you can get a C-level recruitment bonus of 900NGN
When your B-level subordinates recruit J3 subordinates, you can get a C-level recruitment bonus of 2160NGN
Every day, you can get 1% of subordinate Cs daily download commission as task management fee.
He is JOB1, you can get 500*1%=5NGN every day
He is JOB2, you can get 1500*1%=15NGN every day
He is JOB3, you can get 3800*1%=38NGN every day
When more than 20 of your direct (A-level) subordinates become our J-level regular employees, you can apply to become a local supervisor. The monthly salary range for local supervisors is NGN 50,000 to NGN 200,000.
When your team (A/B/C three-level J-level formal employees) reaches more than 150 people, you can apply to become a local regional manager. The monthly salary range for a local area manager is 300,000NGN to 500,000NGN
When your team (A/B/C three-level J-level formal employees) reaches more than 400 people, you can apply to become a local regional director. The monthly salary of a local regional director is 700,000NGN to 1,200,000NGN.
When your team (A/B/C three-level J-level formal employees) reaches more than 700 people, you can apply to become the local regional general manager. The monthly salary of the local regional general manager is 1,500,000NGN, and he can enjoy performance bonuses.
When your team (A/B/C three-level J-level formal employees) reaches more than 2,000 people, you can apply to become a local regional vice president. The monthly salary of the local regional general manager is 5,000,000NGN and he can enjoy performance bonuses.
