Do you know some restaurant owners started as a road side food vendor. There is, this story of a lady who went to meet her pastor, that things weren’t going on well with her. Out of sympathy the pastor gave her #2000 to buy food and eat. I don’t mean now, this is when #2000 was like #20,000 today. The lady didn’t buy any food to eat, instead she went to the market bought 2 cups of rice, bought small meat and ingredients. She cooked jollof rice, took few plates/spoons at home went and stay close to a construction company. Some of the workers bought all her food, the next day she repeated same and continued like that until the construction company gave her a space inside for restaurant. And now this woman owns a restaurant in one of the leading private universities in Nigeria.
