How long does BINANCE verification take?

After providing all the information and click submit, it will take but few days at most 10 days for BIINNACE to review the details you provided. It is not only binance that do KYC (know your customer) every cryptocurrency exchange does that but the processes may differ.  BINANCE Verification is of different levels. Users are required to complete intermediate verification to be able to access Binance products and service offerings, including cryptocurrency deposits, trades and withdrawal.

Steps to verify your account

Level 1

  • login to your BINANCE App or use this code 18589384 to register and download the app if you are a newbie.
  • Begin the Identity verification process, (go to user center) after login. Touch the icon that looks like a figure on the top right centre of the homepage. Next, click on identification, for new users click get verified. You will see Verified, Verified plus and Enterprise verification and the different withdrawal and deposits limits.
  • Click start now to verify your account. Select country of residence. Enter your personal information such as; Government issued ID, facial recognition. Click continue, enter your personal information such as proof of address Email, phone number, full name, date of birth, residential address. Make sure everything tallies with the documents you are providing because you can’t change after submission.
  • Upload your ID card document both front and back or snap it. For the Government issued ID card; these ones are accepted; international passport, drivers’ licence, National identification number (NIN), voters’ card is also accepted. Follow the instructions to upload the ID card document.
  • Identity verification. Facial capturing, if you do not blink your eyes or take photo in an illuminated environment it may be difficult to go through. Enable camera access on your device or your identity cannot be verified.
  • Complete the Identity Verification process: go through all the information you provided to be sure everything is inputted correctly.

Level 2

After you have finished level 1 verification, you proceed to level 2 verification. These are the things to provide for level 2; provide proof of your address document which includes (bank statement, utility bill [electricity, water, waste disposal internet etc.].

Level 3.

Source of wealth declaration from review

When you are a verified level 2 and want to verify level 3 you will have to fill the source of wealth declaration form. This refers to the source of your wealth.
